Judith Krantz has sadly died.
The best-selling author and journalist died at the age of 91 due to natural causes at her home in Bel Air, California on Saturday (June 22), her publicist confirmed to the New York Times.
Judith wrote for publications including Cosmopolitan and Ladies Home Journal, and wrote several books, including Scruples and Princess Daisy, as well as her autobiography, Sex and Shopping.
One of her most popular works was her Cosmopolitan piece, “The Myth of the Multiple Orgasm.”
Several of her books were adapted for television as well, including Scruples and Mistral’s Daughter. She also wrote an original miniseries for television, called Judith Krantz’s Secrets, in 1992.
She sold more than 85 million copies of her books in more than 50 languages.
