Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by a very friendly pyranees mix, Blue, and very sweet cattle dog, Pistol. Later, we met darling Lana, another affectionate pyranees. Daphne and her husband were warm and gracious hosts. They gave us a tour of the property, introduced the alpacas and showed us how to feed and pet them. We learned the difference between wool and fiber and felt the finished products made with alpaca fiber. It was a fun and educational experience. Our private room had a nice front patio to relax and enjoy wine while we enjoyed the snacks provided by Daphne. The bathroom was just across the hall and was well stocked with toiletries. My husband and I had such a memorable time at Daphne’s ranch. We highly recommend it for animal lovers seeking a special lodging adventure.” Photo: Courtesy of Airbnb.
